Hal summons the other Green Lanterns with some help from the Guardians. He gets some help escaping from the central power battery on Oa from a Green Lantern that he doesn’t know.
Sinestro is rebuffed by the Weaponers of Qward. He turns on them and sides with the Green Lantern Corps. He helps them defeat the Weaponers of Qward.
Fabian is revealed to be to be General Fabrikant, but Hal has yet to figure that out.
Thoughts
I really like the cover to this issue. Unfortunately I can't say the same about the story. It all goes so fast. It feels as if the story is more of an outline. It is mostly plot with little to no character moments. I suppose that's the way books like this were written back then.
