Victor Victorious!

by Marv Wolfman, Chuck Patton, Romeo Tanghal, Bob Lappan, Adrienne Roy

The Fearsome Five (Psimon, Gizmo, Shimmer, Mammoth, Jinx) are joined by Neutron. Captain Hall leads a force of NYPD officers against the supervillains but they are no match for the super powered villains. The Teen Titans (Nightwing, Wonder Girl, Changeling, Starfire, Jericho) join the fight and take down the villains. Jericho proves to be the decisive factor in the fight.

Psimon is knocked out of the fight and almost drowns. He is saved by the Monitor and Harbinger who tell him that they have plans for him in the coming Crisis on Infinite Earths, which is three months in the future.

Dr. Klyburn repairs Vic’s body but in doing so he is reverted to his regular appearance. He does not get a chance to join the fight with the Fearsome Five. The issue ends with two epilogues, the first of which takes place around Vic’s bed at the S.T.A.R. Hospital. The second is focused around Jericho and takes place at Titans Tower.

A: The End of Cyborg!

B: New York Nightmare!

C: None of the Above!

by Marv Wolfman, Chuck Patton, Romeo Tanghal, Albert De Guzman, Adrienne Roy

Vic gets to see his new look after the bandages are cut off. He is very happy with what he sees in the mirror. Doctor Klyburn introduces him to Doctor Sarah Charles, his physical therapist. Doctor Charles pushes him very hard. He has lots of unkind words for her but she is more impressed with the progress he is making than she is by his words.

Nightwing, Starfire, Changeling, Wonder Girl, and Jericho hang out by the pool in Titans Tower. Garfield doesn’t tell them about his meeting with Slade Wilson but he does mention it in coded language which leaves them in the dark.

Psimon and his teammates revive Jinx. She instantly attacks them. She doesn’t know them and she speaks only Urdu. Psimon uses his powers to teach her English and then explains what they are attempting to do.

Blind Justice!

by Marv Wolfman, Rich Buckler, Dick Giordano, Mike DeCarlo, John Costanza, Adrienne Roy, George Perez

The trial of the Deathstroke continues. Gar loses his cool and attacks Slade Wilson in the middle of the trial. Judge Adrian Chase kicks Changeling out the courtroom after his fellow Titans, mostly Wonder Girl and Cyborg, restrain him. Gar starts grinning after he leaves court.

Nightwing, Starfire, and Wonder Girl are attacked later that day by the phony Terminator while they are meeting with Wintergreen. Fake Terminator gets away which leaves the New Teen Titans no closer to solving the mystery of the fake Terminator.

Cyborg’s grandparents catch up to Vic at S.T.A.R. Labs. He’s investigating the possibility of changing his appearance. Lilith decides she’s leaving the Teen Titans, once again. She feels as though she is close to discovering something about her past and that it involves the winged alien.

The trial concludes. Wilson is found guilty just on the charge of possession of illegal weapons. He is sentenced to one year in prison. Gar is disappointed when he hears the news. He wanted Deathstroke free so he could kill him

Angel Devil on the Wing!

by Marv Wolfman, Rich Buckler, Mike DeCarlo, Phil Felix, Adrienne Roy, George Perez

Donna Troy and Terry Long play Dick Grayson and Kory in tennis. Lilith get attacked by someone who looks like Deathstroke. Slade Wilson is behind bars awaiting trial on a number of charges. Garfield Logan is there with Jillian for some of the preliminary hearings in the trial.

Lilith, Nightwing, Wonder Girl, Cyborg, and Starfire visit S.T.A.R. Labs in New York City. They check up on the status of the mysterious winged man whom they encountered there in the previous issue. Lilith insists on getting close to him. The winged man breaks free. Lilith tries to defend him by using a superpower that she wasn’t known to have.

The fight moves outside. Starfire catches up to him and tries to learn his language by touching him but gets nothing. The Titans come close to capturing the winged guy but he escapes. Lilith leaves S.T.A.R. labs while the others are off changing the alien.

The trial of The Terminator begins. Adrian Chase is the judge in the case. Nightwing, Wonder Girl, Cyborg, and Starfire join Changeling and Jillian in the courtroom. Wonder Girl provides testimony.

Marko, Slade Wilson’s lawyer, works to establish that it is impossible to prove Wilson and Deathstroke are the same person. He references the attack on Lilith earlier that day when Wilson was in custody. Things aren’t looking good for the case against Slade Wilson.
