Flashed before My Eyes
By Rob Liefeld, Fabian Nicieza, Mike Mignola, Bob Wiacek, Chris Eliopoulos
I looked up and read this issue (on Marvel Unlimited) after hearing someone mention it at Heroes Con a couple weeks ago. What drew me to it is the fact Mike Mignola penciled the flashback part of the story, which is the bulk of it. I was not disappointed by the look or the visual storytelling but there isn’t much to the plot.
Cable and his team are hired to infiltrate a Hydra base. They are to steal the key component to a new super weapon that the terrorist organization is developing. The operation goes more or less as planned but there is a twist in the tale when they deliver the key component to their client.
