For the most part this is a reprint of a golden age story of Captain America and Bucky. The golden age reprint is bookended by scenes of the Invaders rushing Lord Falsworth and his daughter Jacqueline to the hospital following their battle with Baron Blood in the previous issue.

Hitler sends the Reaper to the United States to cause trouble. He causes mass confusion. Steve Rogers and Bucky Barnes go AWOL from Camp Lehigh to deal with the Reaper.

The most interesting aspect of this story is probably the non-standard panel layouts. The guts of the story itself and the action did little for me.
