Poison - Part 5

Commander Forever Carlyle leads Corporal Casey Solomon’s fire team. They use the captured Hock tank to break into one of the remaining Hock surface to air missile (SAM) sites. Forever slaughters the soldiers inside while Corporal Solomon hold off the Hock forces that rush them from the other Hock SAM site.
Michael Barrett figures out how the poison is works. Dr. Hock used a sample of Jonah’s DNA to develop it. Knowing how it was developed gives Michael and the others a fighting chance against the poison.
James Carragher and Eduardo Morray arrive in Puget Sound with grievances. Johanna takes over the meeting and makes it clear that Carlyle’s forces are making major gains in the fight with Hock’s army near Duluth.
Thoughts
This ending blew my mind. I thought I knew what I seeing and reading in the previous arc. I was wrong. I'm also stunned to see the sort of progress Johanna is making. She really does seem like her father's natural heir.
I'm not about to give up on this series. I am going to take a break. I look forawrd to reading more in the future.
