I have read the Black Panther’s earliest appearances in Fantastic Four 52-54 and Tales of Suspense 97-99. I’m sure he has shown up in other stories that I have read but I don’t think I have read much if any of his stories printed in his own series.
Frank Miller drew this page which seems appropriate considering that her most recent appearances were in Daredevil, a book he was writing and drawing at that time. The costume she is wearing on this page is her third costume. She dressed like a civilian and didn’t wear a costume in her first few appearances. The second iteration of her costume first appeared in Amazing Spider-Man 86 (Jul 1970) which immediately preceded a solo stint in the pages of Amazing Tales. I believe Frank Miller designed her third costume and that it first appeared in Daredevil 187 (Oct 1982).

06/12/21 - Page 14 / Blitzkrieg, Blizzard
Blitzkrieg had 3 appearances prior to his entry, two of them where in Marvel Super Hero Contest of Champions. He didn’t have many appearances after this issue of the OHotMU. He did not make the cut for the Deluxe version of the OHotMU.
There are some comparisons drawn between Blitzkrieg’s powers and those of Electro in this entry.
Blizzard was not new. He first appeared in 1963 but he had just 9 appearances prior to this issue of the OHotMU. He has a total of 24 appearances according to marvel dot fandom dot com but 8 of them are in encyclopedia type comics like this one. Blizzard was originally known as Jack Frost but changed his name to Blizzard in his second appearance, more than ten years later.

I’ve read some of the stories in which the Blob appeared including his earliest ones. He doesn’t strike me as a terribly interesting character. If any of those stories are memorable I don’t think it is because of anything he did or said.
06/14/21 - Page 16 / Blue Shield, Boomerang
Blue Shield is at best a minor character. He had just three appearances prior to the OHotMU and just 2 more in the 1980s. There are 7 characters whose names begin with black but just one that begins with blue. There are 9 more characters whose name begin with black and 3 more whose name begin with blue in the Appendix.
Boomerang first appeared in the mid 1960s and made 15 appearances prior to the OHotMU. He was in a story I read not too long ago that ran in Marvel Team-Up 82-85.
06/15/21 - Page 17 / Brother Voodoo
Brother Voodoo had been around for almost 15 years when the OHotMU was published. He had lots of guest appearances. I have not read any of them.
06/16/21 - Page 18 / Brotherhood of Evil Mutants, New Brotherhood of Evil Mutants
Magneto formed the first team, Mystique formed the second one. The only crossover in terms of membership is the Blob.
06/17/21 - Page 19 / Bullseye
This issue of the OHotMU coincides with the end of Frank Miller’s first run on Daredevil. There are no references made to the events of that run in this entry.
06/18/20 - Page 20 / Cannonball
Cannonball’s first appearance happened a few months before this issue of the OHotMU but his second wasn’t until a couple months after this issue of the OHotMU. He is listed as being affiliated with the X-Men but there is no mention of the New Mutants.
